Chapter 211 – “Always” – 25th February 2016.

Does time REALLY heal all wounds ? Is the past something honestly THAT easy to forgive and forget ? Or will ONE stupid-STUPID mistake destroy everything I hold dear when I seemingly cannot find a way to reconcile, justify, nor forgive, a loved-ones unacceptably BAD behaviour ? 

Will a big BOLD public gesture enable Rocky to get through to me, and atone for his shocking-sins ? Can a thousand apologies ever come close to making up for my present misery and suffering though ? Or will it take a reminder of the skeletons in my OWN closet to invoke somewhat of a wake-up call about the hypocrisy of people in glass houses throwing stones ?

Can my husband and I find a way to rekindle some semblance of hope and happiness before the evening is through ? Or is this all just a case of, too little too late ? … Has the destination we've been heading ALWAYS been one of heartbreak ?

I guess we'll SOON find out, as the final instalment of this four-part Valentines day saga comes to a head …

Chapter 210 – “Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad ?” – 20th February 2016.

With the wedding after-party in full-swing, the band is up on-stage, spirits are high, and passions ignited on this seemingly magical night. 

Things start off SO perfectly, and with a little extra sprinkling of some badly needed assistance, the Valentines MOOD inspires a few of my single-friends to make that BOLD play to catch their chosen special someone's heart … Mmmmm, happy sigh ♥ ♥ .

But best intentions don’t always yield the best results … And in all that confusion, amidst the swell of mystery on the heaving dance-floor, cupids arrow will not only miss its mark, but ultimately lead SOMEONE to a shocking blow instead !

How could it all go so HORRIBLY wrong ?… During the NEXT instalment is when the fall-out from these questionable actions will REALLY come to light.

'The Dolly-Mixtures !'

Are you ready for it ?  Are you really REALLY ready ?? … Because 'The Dolly-Mixtures' FIRST big gig is COMING very SOON as a part of the next instalment of my daft-dolly saga !!

If you're not already familiar with the line-up of the band members though, here's an introduction to them now. 

From left to right we have :-

- Romeo, who is the keyboard player and somewhat shy twin brother to the band's manager, Rio.  But despite his reserved demeanour, the guy can certainly PLAY !!

- Bonnie, the talented bass-guitarist, who is VERY eager to make her own mark on the music-world away from her Barbie and the Rockers origins, now that she's finally out from under the shadow of her pop-star pal, Stella.

- Rocky, my handsome husband, who is the drummer and lead singer for the group, providing those sexy gravely vocals which makes all the girls SWOON !! … Whoop, whoop, WHOOP !!

- Cressida, is someone you may not recognise, being that she's the newest member of the band.  But this Barbie-girl is no cutesy cookie-cutter though, she's a rock-guitarist with her own style, a big personality, and a LOT quirky flair which compliments and contrast to Ollie's lead with spine-tingly resonant results !

Speaking of which.  Then last but not least we have …

- Ollie, the lead-guitar maestro himself, who dazzles us up on stage with not only his skilful solo's, but also his stunning stage-presence and showmanship.  This guy is a 100% genuine STAR !!

So there you have it ladies and gentlemen … 'The Dolly-Mixtures !' … They really do ROCK !!

<3 - Blanche & Jackson - 14th February 2016 - <3

I just wanted to express my heartiest CONGRATULATIONS to Mr & Mrs Jackson on their wedding day.  Plus show you all these wonderful wedding pictures which were skilfully snapped by my photographer gal-pal, Elise, just after the ceremony itself had concluded … Aren't they beautiful ?

They're very almost as magical as that amazing song which the talented Groom composed and performed for the blushing Bride as her wedding gift.  But in case you missed that the first time, here it is once more …

Chapter 209 – “Your Song” – 14th February 2016.

With Blanche & Jackson's Valentines Day wedding ceremony in full swing here, we were all getting a touch swept up in sheer romance and grandeur of the whole affair it seems ♥ .

But just when we thought this fairytale spectacle couldn't possibly get any more enchanting, the Groom revealed an unexpected surprise for his blushing Bride, which not only floored us, but left us all reaching of a hanky as a result, most especially the NEW Mrs Jackson. Sniffle !

Wouldn't you feel deeply affected though, after hearing YOUR very own song ?! …

Chapter 208 – “Ironic” – 14th February 2016.

Irony has many forms, and I was never more aware of that fact than when embarking on the adventure which would turn out to be Blanche & Jackson's Valentine Wedding Day.

With the final preparations seemingly well in-hand first thing though, you'd think this was gonna be a walk in the park, wouldn't you ? … No such luck there. Because ironically, sometimes the more you try to organise, prepare, and take control of a situation, the more your world begins to unravel. 

And even more IRONIC, was the fact that there were WORSE dramas still to come as this day unfolds !! …

**Blanche's Hen Night - HOT STUFF !! **

WHOOP !!  WHOOP !!  WHOOP !!

As you can see, us girls were given to a rather unexpected TREAT this evening, when my sneaky gal-pal and fellow bridesmaid, Serena, SPRUNG this little surprise on the unsuspecting Bride-to-be.

I get the feeling the innocent pure-hearted Blanche was hoping to have quiet evening with the girls in all honesty … But THIS is she was drawn into none the less.  Oh MYYYYY !!

I've no idea HOW Serena managed to convince the lad's to whip off their shirts and dance for our entertainment ?  But for the most part, we certainly appeared to enjoy the performance, YES siree !!  …. Whoop-WHOOP !!!

Seeing as Cameron (on the right) is an aspiring male-model though, I'm sure his arm didn't need twisting too much.  As for Dominic (on the left in the cowboy hat), the fact that he's a body-builder himself, with that ripped muscley action-figure torso (He's actually a Ken/Max Steel hybrid) meant he was PERFECT for this Chippendale type role … I'm mean, DROOOOL !!! … Not that I was gawping or anything.  Honest !!

Ahem !! … But anyway …

If you're wondering what the Groom and the REST of the men-folk are getting up to this evening though … I do know that the guys had some BIG plans in the works.  When I overheard Rocky half-mention something about needing a roll of electric tape though, I switched off … I really don’t want to know !!

BUT … The kicker about this whole scenario is that Jackson REALLY didn't want a Stag Do, it's not his thing at all.  So he went into hiding first thing this morning, and NO-ONE has seen him since.  Not even Blanche knows his current whereabouts, because the Groom-to-be knew they'd weedle it out of his sweet well-meaning fiancée.  So Jackson's disappeared completely, vowing not to emerge until the ceremony itself … Ooooh-errrrr, hey !

So, whilst us girl are living it up and having a wonderful time here, the guys are spending their evening hunting high and low for the illusive Groom.  They wont find him though, he's too clever for 'em by far. 

Somehow I think we're having a better night.  Ha-ha !! … Not that I'm finding it funny or anything … Snigger !!

Back to the point however …

The past few weeks have been rather manic in our little dolly community, getting everything finalised for Blanche & Jackson's wedding.  So from the bridal parties perspective, it was wonderful getting to relax and blow off a little steam before the BIG day tomorrow.  That's right, my good friends will be tying the knot on Valentines day.  How romantic, hey ?!

But that's tomorrow … For the time being the night is young, and this Hen-party is far form over yet.  I'd therefore better get back now, being that I do NOT want to miss the 2nd act … Wooohooooooo !!!
