**Out for a little drive on a beautiful Summer's day !**

 – North York Moors Holiday 2015 –

Since we've BOTH married mechanic's, Marguerite and I weren't at all surprised that our 'Grease-Monkey' husbands were keen for a bit of driving fun during our recent summer vacation.  As you can see though, it didn't take 'em long to suggest a little pleasure-cruise either.

Of course Rocky and I chose to take our compact little Mini-Moke car ‘The Hokey-Cokey-Mokey’ with us to get around in.  But seeing as Mr & Mrs Bruce don’t have their own vehicle as yet, Rocky said they could use one of his 'Rent-A-Moke's for the week too.  Awww, that handsome chappy of mine is SUCH a thoughtful sweety, hey … But anyway …

So here we were last week, with our cute little matching cars, out for a pleasant drive across the moors in the glorious sunshine !

It's a good job that these little vehicles are rather adept at off-roading too, because almost as soon as we'd left the village the guys decided they wanted to have an adventure off the beaten track … Gulp !! ... So up over the grassy moorlands we went !

Thankfully my stepsis and I didn't mind our fella's motor-mad behaviour for the most part, and we weren’t particularly bothered about where we were heading either.  I don’t think the destination was the point in this case mind you, it was more about the fun and excitement of the journey ! 

For myself personally however, I was just enjoying soaking up the lovely warm rays of the sun, and admiring the wonderful views around us ! ... Mmmmmmm, what a lovely pleasure-cruise it was too.

** Greetings From The North Yorkshire Moors ! **

I just realised that I hadn't let you all know that we're back from our summer vacation ... Whoops !! ... But anyway ... In case you haven't figured it out yet, I was quiet all of last week because a few of us were enjoying a lovely relaxing gettaway up north.

As you can see, the happy newly-weds, Marguerite and Bruce joined us for this exciting adventure.  However as it was supposed to be my sister's honeymoon, Rocky and I decided that it might be better if we didn't bring our precious daughters along on this trip ... After all, kids running around would NOT exactly produce the amorous atmosphere which the happy couple were most likely hoping for.  Plus, that sneaky fella of mine also appeared to like the idea of us having a romantic week together ourselves, to rekindle the flames of our 2nd honeymoon from last year ... Well it wasn't exactly a BAD idea, was it ?  And even us parents deserve a break every once in a while ;).

So, as much as I missed my lovely little Munchkin's, Ruby and Emma stayed with Grandad Rockford and Nanny Sylvie for the week, and were spoiled rotten by all accounts.  Whilst Mr & Mrs Bruce and my own very handsome husband and I had a brilliant summer vacation in the North Yorkshire Moorlands ... Yay !!

I have a fair few piccys from our trip to show you all over the coming days.  But for now here's one of the four of us soaking up the sun and enjoying a little picnic overlooking Robin Hood's Bay, and flying the flag for Yorkshire too.

Celebrating My 200th Chapter !

Yes that's correct 200th !  That's 200 stories about my life and adventures which I will have shared with YOU, my fans, followers, and friends.

Wow !!  What an exciting milestone that is for us all, hey !? :)

I'd therefore just like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who have supported me in this dopey little endeavour of mine.  We've certainly had a rollercoaster ride of adventures together during the first 3 years (very almost) of my little plastic life, haven't we.  There have been tears, laughter, pain, and love, and that just sums up my relationship with Rocky :p ;).  But throughout it all I've never felt alone, because I've had YOU, my friends all over the world, both human and dolly, rooting for me to achieve my very own happy ending too ... So thank you all, and I just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate your continued interest in me, and my dolly-tales. !! 

Makes you wonder what the NEXT 200 chapters will bring though, doesn't it ?

Chapter 200 – “Secret Love” – 18th June 2015.

It’s a cause for celebrations all around, from not only the fact that THIS is my milestone 200th chapter, but also what a stroke of luck that it just so happens to coincide with the story of my sweet stepsister’s impromptu wedding too ! … Awwwww, don’t you just LOVE a wedding ? ♥♥.

As we all gather together to witness this very special moment, it brings a tear to my little plastic eye. But will this unexpected elopement of Marguerite and Bruce’s go off without a hitch ? … Either way, they’re coming out of the shadows at last, and their secret love wont be so hush-hush, nor shrouded in deceit and lies, anymore !!

Chapter 199 – “Secrets Of The Heart” – 11th June 2015.

Surprises and shock announcements are the order of the day for my sisters and I, when a long kept secret is finally confessed. The result of which leads to a terrifying threat and ultimatum for one of us … Gulp !! But after the dust settles and all the tears are through, a BIGGER thunderbolt strikes which none of us saw coming, and yet shakes our little plastic lives to an even GREATER extent … Ooooh-errrr !! What will these secrets of the heart reveal though ? …

Chapter 198 – “Dear Darlin” – 3rd June 2015.

It’s funny how a few seemingly simple words can have a BIG impact, isn’t it ? Or how the meaningful act of sending a letter to someone we love can stir their emotions too … How will my stepsister, Marguerite, therefore react upon receiving her own special message from her former fella, Bruce ? … Is this the beginning of rekindling their flame perhaps ? Or is it too late for them after all ? Can one letter REALLY make a difference ? … It all starts with a ‘Dear Darlin’, and from there … Well, I guess you’ll have to read on to find out …
